Pulin is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. He is specializing in Criminal Law and Customs Law.

He has an extensive knowledge on issues relating to Criminal and Money
Laundering cases.

He is a life member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka and the Colombo Law Society.
